She can advise on the full spectrum of family legal issues including separation, divorce, arrangements for children and adoption. Charlotte is a member of both The Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme and the Family Law Accreditation Scheme, recognising her as an expert in the field of family law.

Noted for her strategic and pragmatic approach to cases whilst also being sensitive and approachable, Michele has an exceptional breadth and depth of experience of family matters, particularly divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, and separation agreements. She is a member of Resolution and aims to resolve matters as constructively – and with as little conflict – as possible. Michele is also able to provide confident representation in the Family Court in private proceedings when required.
