Director and Head of the Family Law department, Donna has dedicated her career to family law. With over 16 years of expertise under her belt, she provides astute advice on divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, financial settlements, separation agreements, and relationship agreements such as pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements. Donna also frequently provides advice and assistance to parents and wider family members, such as grandparents, relating to the arrangements for children following separation and divorce. With a successful career in family law of over 40 years, John established his own law firm in 1990 in order to provide legal advice and support concerning issues affecting families in the Blackpool area.
