Drawing upon her 20+ years of legal experience, Carolyn is able to deal calmly and sensitively with the most demanding of family cases and achieve the best outcomes for her clients. A Director at the firm, she offers a holistic and progressive approach to family law, advising on divorce, separation, civil partnership disputes, issues between parents relating to their children, financial settlements, and relationship agreements such as pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. She holds membership of Resolution and The Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme, as well as being a trained collaborative lawyer. Carolyn’s clients appreciate her patient and supportive manner, putting them at ease and providing guidance throughout the whole process. Additionally she oversees much of the firm’s conveyancing work and so has a thorough understanding of negotiations regarding property when couples separate.
