A long serving member of the team since 1979, Elaine has progressed from office junior to qualified solicitor and brings vast experience and knowledge to her role. Passionate about family law, she is able to offer strategic and creative solutions that enable clients to protect both themselves and their family. Her work involves a variety of family and matrimonial matters, including divorce, financial disputes, children related cases and injunction issues. In addition to her family law work, Elaine is able to advise in relation to other private client matters including Lasting Powers of Attorney and wills and probate.

Head of the Private Client team at this well respected firm established in 2009, Nia is an accomplished and committed family lawyer and divorce solicitor supporting clients in the Ellesmere Port area. She combines her experience with compassion and understanding to support clients who are often going through some of the most challenging times in their lives, providing advice on divorce, separation, civil partnership dissolution, financial issues, and cases relating to children. As well as her expertise in family law, Nia is also able to offer advice and assistance on wills and probate, estate administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Co-founder of the firm and an experienced solicitor with a successful track record of over 30 years, Sue is a Director and Head of the Family Team. She is a member of both The Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Accreditation Scheme and the Children Law Accreditation Scheme allowing her to act on behalf of parents, young people and children of all ages in Children Act cases, often involving care proceedings and adoption. Passionate about Legal Aid and championing the rights of parents and children, she has a strong determination to secure the best possible outcome for her clients and their families. Sue is also a highly skilled mediator.
