A Partner and joint Head of the Family and Child Law Department, Soulla has been practising exclusively in family law since 1998, and offers expert advice in relation to public children law cases. Acting on behalf of parents and extended family members, she has a wealth of experience in cases involving allegations of non-accidental injuries, inappropriate physical chastisement, domestic and sexual abuse, mental health difficulties, learning difficulties and drug and alcohol abuse. Soulla’s caseload also covers private children law matters, including difficult, highly contentious and complex disputes between parents or carers upon separation relating to a child’s residence and contact. She is a Resolution accredited specialist in private children law and domestic abuse, as well as a member of the Association of Lawyers for Children.
