Co-founder of this thriving firm established in 2007, Rebecca brings over 25 years of knowledge and expertise to her role. An advocate of alternative dispute resolution, she is able to offer a range of services to support clients in resolving their family disputes constructively and amicably, including mediation, collaborative law and arbitration. Rebecca supports a non-court approach, wherever possible, and strongly believes that this is the best outcome for a family, and that court proceedings should only be a matter of last resort. She is an accredited family mediator, offering various ways to mediate to fit a range of circumstances and is a collaboratively trained family solicitor, undertaking a varied caseload involving property disputes, finance and Children Act matters. Rebecca is also an Arbitrator in child related cases and has qualified as a Parenting Coordinator and a Family Law Supervisor. She sits on Resolution’s Legal Aid Committee, the Litigants in Person Committee, and the Mediation Working Group.

Qualifying as a solicitor in 1990, Charlotte has built her career at this widely respected law firm and is a highly regarded Senior Associate. She is instructed on a range of matters including divorce, separation and associated disputes relating to children, finances, property, and pensions, cohabitee issues, living together agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and deeds of separation. Her work has included cases relating to family businesses, farming and agricultural assets, and high value financial disputes. Offering collaborative law as an alternative to the court process, Charlotte strongly believes in supporting clients to make their own decisions and to reach agreement wherever possible.
