Founder of this forward-thinking law firm established in 2010, Jackie is a dedicated and experienced family law expert with over 30 years as a solicitor of the Supreme Court. She has built a strong reputation in the field of family law, having practised in a variety of firms and small practices over the course of her career. She specialises in divorce, financial settlements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. Jackie holds membership of Resolution and believes in adopting a non-confrontational approach to resolving disputes in order to avoid stressful and costly court action where possible. Starting out as a trainee solicitor with the firm in 1973 and now a Director, Tom brings an enviable depth and breadth of knowledge and expertise of family law surpassing 40 years. Handling a range of family related matters, he specialises in financial claims following divorce or separation proceedings, regularly dealing with cases where the assets are of significant value including pensions, companies and trust assets. His work also frequently involves advising on and drafting pre-nuptial agreements. Tom is a member of Resolution and a trained collaborative lawyer, and works closely with his clients in a sensitive and timely manner, offering support and practical advice with the aim of reaching an amicable conclusion without the need for court proceedings, wherever possible.
