An accomplished legal professional with over 18 years of experience in family law, Louise is one of the firm’s Directors and Head of the Family Law team. She is regularly instructed in divorce and separation, financial settlements following a relationship breakdown, child arrangements orders, disputes between unmarried couples, and pre-nuptial agreements. Louise is a member of Resolution and a family mediator, and is able to provide guidance to couples and parents to enable them to reach amicable decisions about their finances, property and matters concerning their children. If court proceedings are unavoidable, she is able to provide representation on behalf of her clients in court. Dealing with her cases with a compassionate, sensitive and collaborative approach, Louise ensures that her clients are well advised at every stage of the process and feel safe and secure in her hands.
