Starting her career at the firm in 1988, Antoinette is now Managing Partner and specialises in family law matters. An experienced negotiator, she has considerable expertise in judicial separation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, separation agreements, arrangements for children and finances, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, domestic violence and Schedule 1 Children Act applications. Antoinette is a member of Resolution, and her approach is to try to achieve amicable solutions and to protect family relationships through negotiation. However, she is also prepared to assist her clients in the court system, should that prove necessary in order to achieve the best possible results. Antoinette is valued for her empathy and understanding combined with her ability to offer robust, practical solutions, making her a favourite amongst her clients.
