A long standing member of the firm for over 30 years, David is Sole Principal and Head of the Family Department. He undertakes a broad spectrum of cases involving divorce, separation, issues relating to children, financial disputes and settlements, civil partnership dissolution and the drafting of pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. Holding membership of The Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Accreditation Scheme and Resolution, David encourages a more practical approach to help achieve the best results for his clients and works towards an amicable outcome to avoid court proceedings wherever possible. He is appreciated for his friendly, personable approach with much of his work coming from personal recommendation.
