A Partner at the firm, Pennie is known for providing clear, pragmatic advice to best help her clients move forward positively when dealing with a relationship breakdown. With vast experience in the law gained through more than 30 years practising as a solicitor, she handles a range of matters, including divorce, separation, cohabitation disputes, and children matters. The majority of Pennie’s work relates to children, and as a member of The Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme, she is able to provide representation to children themselves as well as parents and wider family members. Pennie is also a member of Resolution and The Devon and Somerset Law Society.
