She can advise on all facets of matrimonial and family law including divorce, separation, civil partnership dissolution and cohabitation arrangements, particularly where children and finance are involved. She is also able to advise on and draft pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements. Laura aims to support her clients in resolving their issues amicably and is able to offer mediation services. Laura has obtained Higher Rights of Audience, and in the event of court proceedings being initiated, she is able to represent her clients in court.
