Admitted as a solicitor in 1977, Adrian started out as a commercial law solicitor before moving into family law in the mid 1990s. Due to his financial background, he has developed vast expertise in handling complex divorce matters, especially those involving family companies and trusts, both nationally and internationally. Adrian is also highly experienced in the field of private child law and has an excellent track record in achieving fair arrangements for both parents to see their children. Adrian’s practice also encompasses wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as all aspects of trusts, including asset protection trusts and assisting high-net-worth individuals with tax planning. He is known for his fearless representation of clients while understanding the wisdom and common sense of settling matters satisfactorily at as early a stage as possible.

With over 20 years’ experience, he is well versed at supporting individuals in navigating relationship breakdown, whether that is a divorce or a separation, and has particular expertise in cases involving significant or complex assets, often in relation to businesses and farming divorce cases.
