She has specialised in family law for over 30 years, representing clients in both the Crewe area and nationally, on divorce, financial issues (including pensions), cohabiting relationships, dissolution of civil partnerships, and issues relating to children. As a longstanding member of Resolution, she always works constructively for the best outcomes, wherever possible, aiming for long term, fair solutions for her clients. Helen firmly believes that identifying the right process for particular clients and their families can affect the outcome and is able to offer mediation and collaborative law services, as well as provide effective representation in court proceedings.

With a commitment to offering high quality client care, Carly is a dedicated and thorough family law expert who strives to go the extra mile for her clients and their families. Director and Head of the Family Law team, she has extensive expertise in guiding clients through all family disputes including divorce, separation, financial issues arising from a relationship breakdown, arrangements for children, domestic abuse cases, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. Carly is a member of Resolution and a trained collaborative practitioner, as well as being able to offer the options of mediation and arbitration rather than using the court process. She encourages a non-confrontational approach to resolving problems whilst at the same time offering the firmness needed to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
