Head of the firm’s family department, Tara has been working in the areas of children and family law since 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. A member of The Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme since 2012 and re-accredited in 2017, Tara has consistently demonstrated her expertise in family law, divorce, children matters, financial disputes between couples and wider family matters such as relationship agreements and cohabitation disputes. Tara is also a member of Resolution, and as such works with clients to achieve non-confrontational conclusions to family law matters. She has also been qualified as an all issues mediator since 2012 and gained accreditation status with the Family Mediation Council in October 2019.
