David is a dedicated family lawyer and divorce solicitor with over 30 years’ experience in providing advice and advocacy to a range of clients from all backgrounds. He undertakes a varied caseload involving divorce, separation, financial disputes and issues relating to children. As a member of Resolution, David aims to reach constructive solutions with minimum conflict and expense. While he believes that it is important to negotiate a settlement with minimum court involvement wherever possible, he is also an experienced and confident litigator. David is a natural linguist and can happily converse in French and German as well as offering a passing understanding of a number of other European languages.
