Rachel is Head of Family and Childcare Law and leads a team of well respected solicitors providing clients with expert legal advice and support in the full spectrum of matters. With a caseload primarily made up of cases relating to children, she represents parents, extended family members and children, either directly or through their Guardian, covering the most complex and challenging issues including physical, emotional and sexual abuse, drug and alcohol misuse, and neglect. Rachel is also well versed in private children cases involving child arrangements, and cases with an international element including child abduction and leave to remove children from the jurisdiction. If required, she can be instructed on divorce, financial arrangements and all cohabitee disputes. Rachel is a member of The Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme and Child Concern.

With excellent negotiating skills and a strong track record in a range of family matters, Christine is a highly regarded divorce solicitor and family lawyer with over 40 years experience under her belt. She provides advice and representation on divorce, separation, financial settlements involving business assets, pensions and investments, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
