Additionally, Lauren is able to assist with broader family issues including financial disputes arising on divorce and separation, and nuptial agreements. She also has particular expertise in cases involving children, including child arrangements, parental responsibility, removal from the jurisdiction, and special guardianship. He heads up the Family Department at the firm, offering advice and assistance in matters relating to divorce and separation, as well as arrangements relating to children, inter-jurisdictional issues and pre-nuptial agreements. Brian is also experienced in other areas of law, including criminal defence, and wills and probate and he holds higher advocacy audience rights, enabling him to represent clients in the Crown and Higher Courts.
