Admitted as a solicitor in 1981, Paul has practised exclusively in family law and is a go-to expert who offers exceptional client care and high quality legal advice. He provides specialist representation, advice and support on all issues pertaining to the separated family, involving divorce, separation, children matters, financial and property disputes, and domestic abuse. As a member of The Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme, Paul is able to represent children in public law hearings, in adoption cases and care proceedings. He is also a Resolution member, holds an accredited specialism in private children law, ancillary relief and domestic violence, and is a trained collaborative lawyer.

Helen has been specialising in family law since 1998 and uses careful management and advice to support her clients through challenging situations arising from a family breakdown. Her practice mainly involves public and private children law cases and she is one of the go-to experts in the Ellesmere Port area for children matters. Being a member of The Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme enables Helen to represent parents, carers, and children in all aspects of care and supervision proceedings brought by Local Authorities. She is also able to handle private children law cases involving child arrangements, adoption and special guardianship. Helen is an accredited all issues family mediator and trained in child inclusive mediation, and is passionate about ensuring that children have a voice. She is able to assist mediation clients with the benefit of Legal Aid.
